“DanMachi” or “Is it Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?” is one of my all time fav harem type shounen shows. We follow the adventures of Bell our white haired red eyed protagonist, as he stumbles and grows on his way to being a true adventurer.
Tackling the dungeon to earn a living, helping his goddess Hestia, and growing their family (team of adventures that work under the same goddess), this show is a great mix of action, comedy, with romance, and growing pains galore. Our boy may start off going it alone but he will make friends and true allies and even find those he admires enough to strive to stand along side.
With every victory, every jump in growth feels earned and this show spouts some of the more epic battles that leave you cheering for more. With 4 seasons and a movie or two under its belt so far, it doesn't fail to satisfy. It’s part of my personal collection of shows I rewatch time and time again.. I will probably always give this a 5/5.
